This website (the "Site") is operated by NM Estates ("we", "us", "our"), an authorised marketing partner for Aero Estate Khopoli, a project developed by HOABL Landmark Realty Pvt. Ltd. under the brand "The House Of Abhinandan Lodha" ("the Developer" / "the Promoter"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit this Site or submit an enquiry through it.

This Policy applies only to information collected through this Site. It does not apply to information the Developer or any third party collects independently of this Site.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways: information you give us directly, and information collected automatically as you browse.

2.1 Information You Provide

• Contact details — your name, phone number, and (optionally) email address, when you submit any form on the Site (Download Brochure, Download Price Sheet, Enquire Now, Instant Call Back, Let's Chat, or the sidebar quote form).
• Consent record — whether you agreed to be contacted, and the exact consent text shown to you at the time.
• Enquiry context — which plot/pricing tier you enquired about, if applicable.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data — pages visited, referring website, approximate session activity, browser/device type, screen size, and language, collected via a lightweight internal visit log and via Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Advertising identifiers and cookies — via Google Analytics 4 and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, used to measure ad performance and, where enabled, for remarketing. See Section 5 for detail.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data (such as financial account details, government ID numbers, or health information) through this Site.

• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — for ad campaign performance on Meta platforms.
• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — if you use the WhatsApp chat button, your conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy practices.
• HOABL Landmark Realty Pvt. Ltd. (the Developer) — enquiry details may be shared with the Developer's sales team to fulfil your request.

We require that any party we share data with uses it only for the purposes described in this Policy, and we do not authorise its use for unrelated marketing by unaffiliated third parties.

7. Data Retention

We retain enquiry and lead information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, maintain sales records, and meet legal, accounting, or regulatory requirements (including RERA-related record-keeping). Aggregate, de-identified traffic data may be retained longer for analytics purposes.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you share with us, including restricting access to our lead-management Google Sheet to authorised personnel via a private access key. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights & Choices

• Access & correction — you may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
• Withdraw consent — you may withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time by informing us via the contact details in Section 13. This will not affect the lawfulness of any contact made before withdrawal.
• Deletion — you may request deletion of your enquiry information, subject to our legal and record-keeping obligations.
• Opt out of marketing — reply "STOP" to any SMS/WhatsApp message from us, or tell our representative directly on a call, to stop receiving further marketing communications.

We will respond to reasonable requests within 30 days.

10. Children's Privacy

This Site is intended for adults evaluating a real estate investment and is not directed at, nor knowingly used to collect information from, individuals under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us so we can delete it.

11. Third-Party Links

This Site may link to third-party websites (for example, MahaRERA's official website, or the Developer's corporate site). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those external sites. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
